May is the month to remember Mother. Why not honor yourself or your Mother with some new fresh linens for Spring!
Shown above is John Robshaw and Nandini in pink and orange all mixed together.
A close up of the exotic and intricate prints by JR.
This beautiful long pink, hemp pillow features a strip of tribal cloth across the front.
Taupe and grey is calming and relaxing. This bedding group is by SDH and Pillow Talk in the Taupe colors and Bella Notte in the white linens.
Even John Robshaw mixes in well next to the vintage pillow.
The new Deluxe 27"x36" by Pillow Talk. This new size is all the rage now. Two of these pillows look great on a King bed.
SDH has the most beautiful European linens. Shown above mixed with Bella Notte.
The name of this pattern is Baton Rouge in "Cognac" color.
100% Egyptian cotton, 2 color yarn dyed Jacquard. Woven in Italy. SDH makes a fabulous statement.
Also by SDH are the extraordinary sheets called "Legna." Legna is a wood fiber woven in Italy. Shown above are the different colors.
A pair of cute cottage side tables. Great for lamps.
This vintage lamp is from the 60's.
This vintage velvet sofa just came in.
I have just recently purchased these fabulous dragon pillows.
This one has to be my favorite! Turquoise dragons against black. Gorgeous!
The pillow in the back is from a Japanese piece of clothing. The Chargers are early 20th century.
This incredible Japanese piece is actually a shop keepers door! Backed in linen it would be great across a sofa or on a bed.
Lots of fun architectural pieces just came in. The French lavabo, pair of urns, and an old anchor.
This moon lit, ocean scene painting is from the late 1800's with original frame. Captivating!
Antique carved wood lamp with new shade. A fine example of early 20th century works.
Beautiful Crewel work seen on this Pillow Talk pillow. Pattern is called "Rebekah."
New baby quilts from Little Giraffe in "Raspberry" and "Light Blue." So soft!!
On a different note..
4/27/13 - 28 cities throughout the U.S. participated in a march called
"Walk for Wolves." The march was to create awareness about how wolves are in danger of being taken off the Endangered Species List and the needless slaughter their packs are currently enduring.
Wolf Ambassador "Journey" led the Walk for Wolves team in a group howl during a pause on the march. It was a "howling" good time!
"I got to meet this beautiful Wolf Ambassador named Journey at the Walk for Wolves in Long Beach, CA on 4/27/13. He was so friendly and playful! All the kids and families that got to meet him were so excited to pet and be around him! To learn more about the plight of wild wolves go to www.DefendersofWildlife.com or www.wolfwatchers.com . "
